The location is excellent, just at least 3 minute away from the Train station. if you feel like walking, the hotel is 15 minutes away from Ginza shopping district. We did not avail the breakfast option, but we are delighted by the fact that there is a Denny's diner nearby. We have breakfast there almost everyday! The hotel staff are very helpful and knowledgeable of the surrounding areas. There was one time that i needed to buy something at the pharmacy, they are quick to point me to the location and they even let me borrow an umbrella because it was raining. The room as a bit small, but this is expected as Tokyo standard.

Hotel only provides 2 small bottles of mineral water on first day. Coffee sachets and green tea bags are replenished daily. Tried the set breakfast once, with choice of Japanese, Chinese or Western. Need to go to nearby Ginza Capital Hotel Akane for breakfast. Overall very satisfied to stay here.

For a Family of 4, I was able to find a space for 4 people with 2 bathrooms and separate rooms for a decent price. The location is close to the train station and convenient stores for food and water. The front desk staff also helps with luggage shipping to your next destination. Overall a great location and a comfortable stay.
